Acknowledgement

All promotional materials created by Jackson County Cultural Coalition grant recipients need to include the Jackson County Cultural Coalition and Oregon Cultural Trust logos (which can be downloaded below), and must be accompanied by the following text: “This project is supported in part by the Oregon Cultural Trust.”

Report on Use of Funds

Grant programs/projects funded for 2026 must submit a Final Report by January 15, 2027.

Grant programs/projects funded for 2027 must submit a Final Report by January 14, 2028.

Any recipient of a 2026 JCCC grant who is awarded a 2027 grant must submit a 2026 Final Report with the signed 2027 contract if a Final Report has not already been submitted.

If you are unable to complete your project within the time period for which the funding was awarded, please contact us immediately.

**If you need to repurpose or convert your current grant from the Jackson County Cultural Coalition, contact us immediately. For substantial changes, you must submit a Grant Repurpose or Major Revision Request form and have it approved by the JCCC Board.
